| I'm sure I'll upset some purists by saying this but I just listened to that song "Scatman Jack" and it's addictive as hell. And as a-typical Setzer as it gets. I wonder what the story is behind that song? I'm sure if it were transfered to the live orchestra it'd be awesome to hear also. I love it when he does different things. | |

| You are absolutely right. "Scatman Jack" is one of my favourite BSO tunes. Never understood why the BSO never released it on a regular album like "Vavoom!"
Really great song I just can't enough of!

| "Scatman Jack" is easily one of my favorite BSO tracks also. There are several versions in the vaults and each one is really cool. I love the female vocal and the "over the topness" of it. Full-on. I love everything about that tune. That's why I first introduced it to the world as a giveaway at the Setzer Fan Fest back in 2001. It's explosive in the way that "Rockability" was...similar also to "Elvis On Velvet" and "When the Sky Comes Tumblin' Down". Great stuff.

| Oh yes how could I forget yo soy el diablo!. What a trumpet solo on that one! Thats what I love about Setzer you put those 2 songs together and they're totally different. The contrast is awesome. Thanks for bringing Scatman out of the vault! Me and my fiance just chose it to be our first dance at our wedding. | |

| So Tommy, several versions of Scatman, how many to be exact? As above, its awsome stuff!I got my Linn Kabers looked at by my dealer. He took of the rubber seals, and tightened the screws that hold the two main drivers on each speaker, and also the tweeter. Advised me to raise speaker at the front only by quarter of a inch, which i did with a cutting of pine and wood screws, for the spikes to sit in,as not to split the pine, And................
Scatman Jack was the first track.................Wow!
The Music! The whole image of the recording was more controlled and detailed. The little interlude in the middle, what can i say.
El Diblo was next. The suttle diffrence i noticed was awesome.
And Sammy Davis City..........................Shit HOT!
