| Hey guys, Just thinking the other day, and yes it did hurt, about some of the new friends I've made here on the forum. I've got Rene who lives very close to me and hopefully I can help with his guitar playing. I have PPK who sent me a great present, and I've something real special planned for her. I've got AussieSam, who we are gonna catch up for some brews in Melbourne in '09. I've got Webby and Brett on here as well as Myspace, the only friends or people I know from Germany.Tommy and Budgie from USA, both funny as hell and great blokes on Myspace as well. There's more, but everyone of you is cool and honestly welcome to catch up anytime you're in Oz. Who else here has made friends? Cheers Pete. | |

| Aww Geez - we feel the same way about you Pete! Just think, a little more than a decade ago, we probably would have never even met. Modern technology is great at bringing everyone together though we're thousands of miles apart (although now you get junk mail on-line also!) We wouldn't have so many people to share our passions with; knowing that at the end of the day, we can log on and get a kick out of teasing each other about silly stuff (like Budgie crying -JK Budgie), get an update on how Brian, Jim, and Lee's tour is going, looking at on-going car projects, what pets we have and love, what food we like to eat, and that almost everyone likes beer with anything. It's a small world - kum-by-ya - etc.... It's great getting to know you all....Much love - Kathy (A.K.A. Pinkpiratekitty or PPK). | |

| I met so many people here that I don't want to miss! Pete, Kid, PPK (and her daughter of course ), Tommy and all the others. Those are all people I would have never met. It's a good feeling to know that if I would come to Australia for example, and I had a Problem, I could call Pete. If I ever get some money, I'll do a trip around the world and visit you all. Global playing! Paul | |

If I ever make it to Austrialia-I know I'll have at least a couple of smiling faces to meet! If you guys ever make it to socal, let me know. Maybe I can hook you up with a visit to Mickey Mouse . | |

| Well of course there's Pete. I don't know why he gets picked on so much . I haven't been here that long, but I can say everyone I've come across has been nice with only one exception (I won't name names but you can probably guess who it is). I'm on some other forums as well, but this is definitely the most relaxed and the most enjoyable out of all of them. Seems on others things get taken way to seriously. So thanks to everyone on here for making me feel welcome and for the friends I've made. The internet has definitely made the world a smaller place. Regards, René | |
