I had a suggestion: An OFFICIAL Brian Setzer/Stray Cats LYRICS section on the website. We already have the discogrophy, so why not the lyrics? Which reminds me, a while back, there was a section on the Guitar Tabs to some of Brian's songs, including an alternate ending for (oh, man I forget) Sleepwalk i think it was scratch Anyways, I think those would be neat additions to the revamped site. Waht do you guys and dolls think?

Hello Mariano!
Michael69 has done a good job with that page, but after all, it really comes down to Brian's fingers, doesn't it? The Roland settings and wiring harnesses can't replicate the mind-to-fingers magic that occurs when Brian picks up a guitar.

How beautiful does that Falcon look in the rack? Nothing like a Gretsch!

You´re totally right Tommy. The incredible sound is done by Mr. Setzer. Although it is funny for me, not to imitate him (that´s imposible), but learning how to play some melodies by myself.
I use to play piano, and I´m learning to play Boogie Wogie style. That´s not exactly like Brian Setzer, but i like it very much. It´s a hard left hand to learn.
Tommy: I think the magic of Brian Setzer is not only in his Gretsch, I think it´s too his way of singing and his presence , his swing... Don´t you think so? I know you do.

Michael69 may have linked that page, but that site is the fruits of the labor of another very gifted individual, the one named Nick. (hence the cathyandnick.com)

As for a lyrics page, I know our folks for whom English is a second language, (and yet, they do quite well here) usually have a special interest in them, as those lyrics roll by pretty fast on some of those songs. The challenge as I see it, besides the amount of time needed to transcribe lyrics for at least 25 (not counting live) albums, is that so many Setzer and Stray Cats tunes are covers. The official site might not want to take on the potential legal issues associated with the reprinting of copyrighted lyrics.

What I believe Tommy is trying to say Mr. Rick A. Billy, is that he don't know the words.
