Sweet axe Pony! When I recieved my 6136, the anniversary plaque had fallen off. I need to glue it on but not sure what I can use. Maybe some of you wise folks can suggest something....

hello , i got a spanking new 6120 '59' model about 3 weeks ago for my 37th birthday, waited about 20 years,but worth the wait! i had a lower budget 5129 firebird red job for about 4 years before that, it was quite a cool machine for the dough,but at the end of the day like anything , you just cant beat the real deal. i sweated for months over a brian setzer model or a '59'.at the end of the day i went for the origonal ....brian had a '59' when he started the cats....so, good enough for mr.setzer, more than good enough for me!

Thanks mate. I know how you feel. At the end of the day I would have been happy with any Gretsch hollowbody. There's just something about them, the look the sound, I just can't get over how it feels to have this amazing piece of art in my hands. As far as I'm concerned all Gretsch's are beautiful machines.

If you're going to learn to play, why not learn to play on the best Love the guitar case, that's the Western one right? Learning is tough, but heaps of fun. How long you been playing?

Hi Renè, i starting to play the guitar in 1983 i was 13 years old.... very hard to find that guitar in italy, that it's not my only one, i got also , '61 nashville double cut away, '64 tennessean, 1990 roundup and 1992 g6120ssl , and 2007 g 5120 electromatic.... that's all

That's all??? Man, you need to work on that collection Is your 6120 a Brian Setzer Tribute guitar? I just noticed all the stickers on it and the black pickguard.
