Dice on Setzer 6120

Anyone change the dice to regular knobs on their Gretsch Brian Setzer Model 6120?
I'm considering it, while they look cool there not very practical

I have thought of that myself Shaker, but since I'm still waiting on my bloody amp, I have no use for the knobs and haven't found out how unpractical they are.

i recently purchased an sslvo. it came w dice knobs on it and a spare set of regulars. i removed the dice - a matter of aesthetic preference. the dice knobs themselves work fine. they only control the volume levels of the two pickups (individually) so i don't really touch them anyway. I really only use the master volume and the two switches. great guitar i must say - i'm really impressed by it. i like it more than my rick 360 and tele.

I have the regular Gretsch knobs on my SSLVO. I like the dice knobs also, but the Gretsch knobs look more vintage. The dice knobs work the same but I prefer the regular Gretsch knobs.

My SSLVO came over on the first batch that was made and ive had the gretsch knobs on it since then. I just like them a little better (less flashy) and took the Setzer name off the truss rod cover. Just felt wierd with his name all over it. I put the dice on it from time to time cause its just fun. I love my Gretsch. I get looks and comments everytime i gig from at least one person. "Oh that tone""what a pretty guitar"
